INFORMATION FOR INCOMING EXCHANGE STUDENTS

International students planning to apply to study non-degree undergraduate or degree graduate through an NMSU approved exchange program need to consult first with their campus exchange coordinator to obtain permission to apply. ISEP exchange students must apply through ISEP. All others apply directly to NMSU through the Office of Study Abroad.

Prospective international exchange students need to:
• Find a Suitable Academic Program (See copy of Brochure and NMSU Fact Sheet)
• Submit the NMSU Non-degree Exchange Application Form with supporting documents to Study Abroad (degree seeking exchange students submit the International Admission form to Study Abroad and must show proof that they have earned, or will earn, the bachelors by time of the start of the exchange)
(ISEP students submit the NMSU application after being confirmed for placement by NMSU and ISEP).

All students, after being admitted on exchange at NMSU, need to read the Inbound Student Guidebook
